Green Bell Pepper, minced | 1 medium pepper |
Oregano, Dried, Crushed | 1/4 teaspoon |
Yellow Onion, chopped | 1 medium onion |
Black Beans with Liquid | 20 oz can |
Low Sodium Knorr Vegetable Base | 2 teaspoons |
- In a medium sauce pan, heat olive oil and saute garlic, onions and peppers until tender.
- Add black beans, oregano and vegetable base and stir.
- Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve over yellow or brown rice.
